Going there to ski for that week and would really appreciate if anyone up there can tell me how it is around those dates.
I doubt that there will be snow in the village by then, but should be skiable to mid station. The first storms started in day before yesterday and there is snow on the lower areas like 1000 M and there are more storms coming in. Better skiing a couple of days later.

It is good to be shopping during shoppers week in New York. During that week you do not pay any tax on clothing. The last shopping week was right before school started. great if you were clothes shopping for you children.
