its not Vancock fault for doing a bad job. Vancock didnt have a good budget. Vancouver was not suitable for olympics in the first place. It is because of the stupid olympics, Vancouver has to increase tax and prices to cure the debt.

I laughed when I …
I laughed when I viewed the snow special effects. To bad there wasn’t any of the white powder we promised. VANCOCK did a horrible job. I worked down town during the event and surprised at all the negative support given to other countries cheered on by these visitor’s. Truly unCanadian, and don’t tell me otherwise I witnessed it everyday. They are over and were uneventful, we were way below quality standards for service and presentation as a host city. No gold medals or any for us.

Pretty sure everyone knew the US got the most medals, we in fact ranked the US first in the medal table, because we rank by medal count.

and I’m sorry to tell you the official method used by the IOC and most of the world is highest number of golds tops the table so Canada was first followed by USA but not surprisingly the US media prefers the total medals method which put them ahead of China in 08 as well. It would be interesting to see if in the next games they won more golds if they would switch to the official method!
