while rebooting your pc keep pressing F4 and go to safe mode and scan it throughout. If it doesn't work, set your antivirus to scan on next boot. Then you can install Advanced SystemCare (most complete registry scan -and other stuffs- around and it's free) and run it to correct possible damages on your system made by the virus. I'd have an additional firewall running as well. I use Kerio Personal Firewall which is very light and it's excellent. Don't forget to set a backup after each new installation.
