		<description>Try getting a personal trainer.  Most of them know what they are talking about, just make sure they are certified by a legitimate company such as A.C.E.  Even if you can only afford a few sessions with them, they will at least give you a direction and an idea about nutrition and what to do in the gym.</description>

		<description>The Race Officials Committee presented five options for the Events Committee 
to consider for fleet and medal racing at the 2012 Olympics:
 
1) Moving the gate to windward, closer to the windward mark;
2) Up to 4 laps (rather than dramatic reduction in target times);
3) Windward finishes;
4) During Medal Races, a starboard rounding of the final windward mark with a reaching finish; and
5) During Medal Races, a single leeward mark.</description>
