Try gatewaylax.com.
Also seriously consider getting a quote or two from travel agents, they tend to have the better fares on routes from north america to asia.
Good luck!

Okay so cheapest flights I found is (all prices are in canadian dollars):
1. Northwest Airlines (Vancouver-Portland, Oregon-Tokyo, Japan-Manila-Tokyo, Japan-Portland, Oregon-Vancouver) the current airfare is $1,422.40.
2. Cathay Pacific (Vancouver-Hong Kong-Manila-Hong Kong-Vancouver) $1,471.20.
Oasis is $1,138.57 roundtrip, while Cebu Pacific is $107.64 roundtrip so add that all up it’s $1,246.21 roundtip so you could save a lot. The only disadvantages here is that if you’re bringing a lot of things from Vancouver is that there’s a possibility that you would pay excess baggage when traveling from Hong Kong to Manila (vice versa) since the maximum number of bags you could bring is only 1 and the maximum weight should be 20kg. and since the stopover at hong kong is pretty long therefore there’s a possibility you need to check-in at a hotel.
if you take any of the 2, i suggest that you take Cathay Pacific since they have pretty good service on all their flights an additional thing that is a plus on cathay pacific is they’re personal seatback TVs on all flights.
p.s. don’t worry the websites of cebu pacific, northwest airlines and cathay pacific are safe… we’ve used it a lot of times, not sure with Oasis thought never used it ever.

Oasis Hong Kong fly from Vancouver to Hong Kong, and you can then catch Cebu Pacific to Manila. Both are low cost airlines but both are pretty good. I’ve flown London – Hong Kong – Manila with those two airlines twice now, and will be doing it again next year.
Oasis have personal seat back TVs and better legroom than Cathay, BA, Virgin, and several other major airlines.
For the dates you requested, Oasis quote CAD$1138.57. Cebu Pacific will cost around CAD$100.
[Edit] Hey Chris, that’s cheating! Your original answer never mentioned Oasis, it was only after I posted that you later amended your answer to include mine!
(I wish Yahoo would show evidence of editing)

Yahoo only posts stuff on their front page they thinks will get hits. There's a separate section for actual news. Don't bother with the fluff junk on the front page. Most of it links to badly written articles anyways, like one headline that blared "Californian cities in danger of flooding!" which linked to an article about the flooding along the Mississippi River, and only contained the word "California" once, and that was in a sentence that basically stated "Much of California isn't in danger of flooding due to the mountains." Gee, thanks, Yahoo. I would have never have figured that out on my own!
