best beach to go to is "Horseshoe Bay". When your on that beach you can go to the right and there is a cove and if you bring bread (which i suggest you do) then you can feed the fish. if you walk down the beach to the left and past the rocks and over the rocks and then walk down a path and you can find beautiful sea glass.the water is so clear and the sand is so soft here.

the best resturants are the swizzle (the islands favorite), the frog and onion, and a resturant on the campuss of the fairmont southampton but i forget the name but it had the best pasta i ever had.

there a lot of fun things to do in hamilton at night. they have festivals and lots of shops there. I would also suggest you learning the bus routes and getting a bus pass because it is the easiest route of transportation.

also the crystal and fantasy caves are really cool
References :
been there twice and loved it

Here are a few things:

(1) Go to Hamilton ("town") and check out the art museum on the second floor of City Hall. Check out the shops on Front Street and sjop at Marks & Spencer.

(2) Go to the colonial town of St. George and check out the archictecture.

(3) Go to the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse and check out a great view of the island from atop the oldest ironbound lighthouse in the world.

(4) Go to the Dockyard and check out the many handicraft shops.

(5) Nightlife is in Hamilton. Check out "Ozone" ( http://frommers.boston.com/frommers/detail.htm?item=The+Ozone+Nightclub+%26+the+Lucky+Strike+Casino&topic=nightlife&destination=Bermuda )

(6) Hamilton has many great ethnic and local restaurants. They also have the only fast food restaurant on the island (KFC) before the island passed a law banning fast food places.
References :
Most of the day time I will be tied up in meetings etc but what are some interesting things I could do and see there? Any good restaurants and night life I could check out? Other places of interest?
