PAL ranges at $1700, too costly*

Try gatewaylax.com.

Also seriously consider getting a quote or two from travel agents, they tend to have the better fares on routes from north america to asia.

Good luck!

If you don’t know that maybe per week or day or # of passengers…. just need some statistics.

In 2007, 274,410 aircraft take-offs, 17.5 million passengers. The 2008 report is not out yet.

Can anyone tell me how to find cheap flights from Vancouver, Canada (YVR) to Calgary, Canada?

April 5, 2010 Posted by admin

I’ll be departing on Nov. 13, returning on Nov. 20, 2008. Thanks!

I tried Bookingbuddy.com and ITASoftware.com for you, and could not duplicate the cheap fares with Pacific airlines that another answer found. Cheapest I see available your dates is WestJet booked through air consolidator OneTravel.com for $329 total. Keep an eye on WestJet.com too since you’ve got some time to wait for a sale, but with fuel surcharges and taxes increasing, $329 doesn’t seem so bad for this trip.

Free Shipping Smallville The Complete Seasons 1 - 8 DVD Boxset

Smallville is an American television series developed by writers/producers Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, based on the DC Comics character Superman created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. The television series was initially broadcast by The WB, first premiering on October 16, 2001. After its fifth season, The WB and UPN merged to form The CW, which is the current broadcaster for the show in the United States. Smallville was renewed for its ninth season on February 24, 2009. The series follows the adventures of Clark Kent (Tom Welling), who resides in the fictional town of Smallville, Kansas, during the years before he becomes Superman. The first four seasons focused on Clark and his friends’ high school years. Since season five, the show has ventured into more adult settings, eventually focusing on his career at the Daily Planet, as well as introducing other DC comic book superheroes and villains. The concept for Smallville was derived after a potential series chronicling a young Bruce Wayne’s journey toward becoming Batman failed to get off the ground. After meeting with the president of Warner Bros. Television division, Gough and Millar pitched their no tights, no flights rule, which would break Superman down to the bare essentials and look at what events lead Clark Kent to become Superman. After seven seasons with the show, series developers Gough and Millar departed without providing a specific reason. Smallville is predominantly filmed in and around Vancouver, with some of the local businesses and buildings substituting for Smallville locations. The music is primarily composed by Mark Snow, who even utilizes some of John Williams’s musical score from the original Superman film series; some of the episodes also contain their own soundtracks, with songs compiled from various musical bands. The opening theme is not performed by Snow, but is the single Save Me by Remy Zero. Smallville tells the tale of a teenage Clark Kent in the days

Please also try to fly on weekdays to find cheap airfare.
As on Friday and weekends the airfare will be high in comparison of weekdays.
I have read some good reviews of Southall Travel Limited of UK over the internet.
You might think to contact them. Or you may also search on flight comparison sites.

Flights from Vancouver to Hong Kong?

January 26, 2010 Posted by admin

Any feedback on economical flights going from Vancouver to Hong Kong ?
I recently booked with Oasis but am now awaiting the outcome of their liquidation. I know Air Canada has direct flights; I am looking for other choices (either direct or one stop).
Any readers experienced with this route ?

- cathay pacific CX has direct flight.
- Eva, Asiana, Air China should have 1 stop flight.

I took CX888/889 before. CX888 flys from NY to HK, stops at Vancouver for refuel and extra passenager. I am sure CX has multiple direct fly from Vancouver to HK everyday. It is my favor for safty record and service.

I am really wondering if there will be any favor outcome of Oasis liquidation with the even higher fuel price. Oasis has layed off most of their employees already. If your flight is coming soon, you better book for another airline now.

are there any direct flights from Vancouver to Orlando?

December 19, 2009 Posted by admin

At the moment, I can only find flights that have 1 or more stops which isn’t ideal for us. :)

I’m afraid there are no direct flights.
The majority of them are via either Denver or Chicago…
